In 1997, CityStaff founder and President, Judy Chudars, together with Nicole Malenfant, decided to put their philosophy to the test. After 20 years of experience working for large staffing firms, Judy believed that there was a way to raise the bar in the industry and be successful. The secret was to shift the focus from increasing volume, to increasing quality, ethics and overall satisfaction. CityStaff is the result of that vision.

Although the value-driven approach is far from novel, it is often sacrificed in the face of growth. At CityStaff, we make a commitment to stick to our mission. We opt to control our growth to ensure our personalized approach to staffing. We take our time to dig deeper and fully understand the wants and needs of both parties before attempting to match the two. We understand that we are not all things to all people, but we make it a point to be a resource for all those we encounter. We begin and end each transaction from a position of honesty and full disclosure. The result is a staffing firm that can be trusted and on which you can rely.
